Peach Vinaigrette

Very simple and quick to make. Just combine all ingredients in the blender and blend on high.
All ingredients are locally grown and/or produced, except the apple cider vinegar
Taa-daa!!  The red stuff in the vinaigrette is from the skin of the peaches
